Abstract: Tangram is composed of seven geometric blocks with different shapes, which can be pieced together using various methods to create ever-changing visual patterns. It is widely used in the field of design. By analyzing the principle that the area and side length of the puzzle can be replaced by each other, the design characteristics of a detachable leather bag were summarized. The bag was deconstructed into geometric blocks of the puzzle, and the basic blocks of the puzzle were creatively combined by using the connection performance of Velcro and combining the disassembly, reassembly, and splicing conversion methods. The experimental results show that, using the combination and interactivity of the Seven Legends, 18 types of detachable leather bags can be combined in terms of appearance, providing ideas for the innovative design of detachable leather bags.
