胶原蛋白胶黏剂的制备与应用

摘要: 以碱法降解废弃皮革革屑提取的胶原降解物为原料,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂制备木材蛋白胶。通过控制环氧氯丙烷的用量,反应温度,反应时间以及pH的正交法合成蛋白胶(CA)。以CA胶的黏度、胶合板的胶合强度评估优化合成条件。根据优化条件合成的CA胶黏剂的含固量约42.0%,黏度为1.56 Pa·s。胶合板的主要质量指标满足GB/T9846-2015中I、II型要求。

Abstract: The wood protein glue is prepared by using the collagen degradation product extracted from the waste leather shavings by the alkaline method as the raw material and epichlorohydrin as the cross-linking agent. By controlling the amount of epichlorohydrin, reaction temperature, reaction time and pH orthogonal method to synthesize protein glue (CA). Optimize the synthesis conditions by evaluating the viscosity of CA glue and the bonding strength of plywood. The CA adhesive synthesized under the optimized conditions has a solid content of about 42.0% and a viscosity of 1.56 Pa·s. The main quality indicators of plywood meet the requirements of Type I and Type II in GB/T9846-2015.
