汽车皮革自动化粘合控制系统应用研究

Design and Research of Automatic Bonding System based on Automotive Leather Parts

摘要: 应用自动化技术设计出一套自动化系统,用于汽车皮革零部件的粘合工作;针对已经设计出的汽车皮革零部件自动粘合设备,根据粘合工艺需求,选用专用的工业机器人,采用合适的PLC、电机、传感器和其他控制元件,应用PLC触摸屏技术设计出生产线的控制系统,包括生产线自动化传送控制系统和机器人视觉控制系统,采用自动控制、示教编程和视觉校核相结合的方法,准确、高效地完成汽车皮革零部件的粘合工作;改变现有的人工粘合皮革海绵工艺质量差、效率低的现状,提高汽车皮革部件粘合工作的效率和自动化水平,为皮革零部件粘合工作的机器人应用提供一定的参考。

Abstract: The automation technology was applied to design an automated system for the bonding of automotive leather parts. For the automatic bonding equipment of automotive leather parts that have been designed, according to the bonding process requirements, we selected the appropriate PLC, motor, sensor and other control components to design the control system of the production line by using the PLC touch screen technology. This system included the production line automatic transmission control system and robot vision control system. Using the method of automatic control, teaching programming and visual checking, the adhesive work of automotive leather parts can be completed accurately and efficiently. The current situation of poor quality and low efficiency of manual bonding of leather sponge is changed, and the efficiency and automation level of automotive leather parts bonding are improved, which provides a certain reference for the robot application of leather parts bonding.
