Abstract: The aim of this study was to simulate a mechanism of foot ulcer in different diabetic patients and provide a reference for predicting foot ulcer. First, we extracted data from the existing literature, which included four types of participants whose plantar pressure were recorded. Then, a series of transfer rules were developed to simulate the loads shift of feet. By studying the development of ulceration, we can conclude that more load is concentrated on the medial and lateral sides of the forefoot; At the same time, the third metatarsal bone of the right foot may become a high incidence of ulcers. This study provides a theoretical case for simulating the development of ulcer and provides clinical guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of ulcer risk in China.
