NaOH/甲酰胺/尿素溶剂体系对可溶性淀粉的溶解

Research on the Solubility of Soluble Starch by NaOH/ formamide/ Urea Solvent System

摘要: 通过正交实验得到NaOH/甲酰胺溶剂体系溶解可溶性淀粉的最佳参数,引入尿素,取代部分甲酰胺,组建NaOH/甲酰胺/尿素溶剂体系,对可溶性淀粉进行溶解,研究溶剂体系对再生淀粉结构与性能的影响。通过溶解度、傅里叶红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、偏光显微镜和X-射线衍射分析表明,结果表明NaOH/甲酰胺/尿素溶剂体系对可溶性淀粉的溶解具有明显促进作用,该体系制备的再生淀粉溶解度最高,为60%。溶剂体系与淀粉形成新的氢键是提高溶解度的根本原因,甲酰胺和尿素的协同作用可以促进淀粉的溶解,从而使再生淀粉的溶解度比单一溶剂体系更优。

Abstract: The optimum parameters of dissolving soluble starch in NaOH/ formamide solvent system was obtained by orthogonal experiments. NaOH/ formamide/ urea solvent system was established by introducing urea to replace part of formamide. The influence of solvent system on the structure and properties of regenerated starch was studied by the measurement of solubility, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), scanning electron microscope(SEM), polarizing microscope(POM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results displayed that NaOH/ formamide/ urea solvent system could significantly promote the dissolution of soluble starch. Besides, the regenerated starch prepared by this system reached the highest solubility for 60%. And the formation of new hydrogen bonds between the solvent system and starch is the fundamental reason to the improvement of solubility. The synergistic effect of formamide and urea could promote the dissolution of starch, the solubility of regenerated starch was, therefore, better than that of single solvent system.
