漂洗及中和去除蓝湿革中三氯苯酚的研究

Removal of Trichlorophenol in Wetbule during the Rinsing and Neutralizing Operation

摘要: 研究了漂洗及中和对蓝湿革中三氯苯酚的去除效果。结果表明,甲酸或草酸漂洗过程中,三氯苯酚均得到一定程度的去除,同时脱脂剂对三氯苯酚的去除具有较好的促进作用;漂洗过程中脱脂剂用量为0.4%时去除效果最明显。中和使三氯苯酚进一步被去除,中和pH越高、去除效果越好;同时中和过程中加入0.2%的脱脂剂可得到更高的去除效率。中和之后的复鞣、染色及加脂操作过程中三氯苯酚去除效果不明显。实验结果证实了漂洗及中和操作中去除蓝湿革中三氯苯酚的可行性,为皮革生产过程中消除三氯苯酚的污染提供借鉴。

Abstract: The removal of trichlorophenol in wetblue was investigated based on the rinsing and neutralizing operation. The results indicated that content of trichlorophenol in wetblue can be reduced during the rinsing operation with weak acids as formic acid or oxalic acid as rinsing agents, and the removal extent increases considerably with the rinsing dosage of degreasing agent. The usage of degreasing agent with 0.4% in rinsing operation can result in optimal removal extent. Neutralizing operation can further reduce the content of trichlorophenol. The higher pH of neutralization, the better removal extent of trichlorophenol. The usage of degreasing agent with 0.2% in neutralizing operation contributes to the removal extent obviously. Trichlorophenol can not be removed during the following retanning, dyeing and fatliqouring processes. The investigation proved the removal extent of trichlorophenol in wet-blue during the rinsing and neutralizing steps, and provided a strategy for leather industry to elimate the pollution of trichlorophenol in leather.
