基于CT图像足部实体模型的建立

Establishment of Foot Entity Model based on CT Images

摘要: 随着计算机技术的高速发展,有限元分析越来越多的被应用于运动生物力学研究。足部实体模型的准确建立是有限元分析的第一步,但是足部形状不规则且具有复杂的骨骼及组织结构,很难直接对其测量获得全面的有限元建模数据。本文以男性正常足41码标准脚为对象,以CT断层扫描得到其足部扫描数据,使用Mimics对足部扫描数据进行阈值分割、渲染模型等处理,综合运用Solidworks和Ansys Workbench的Design Modeler软件建立足部各组织结构的实体模型,再通过布尔运算进行装配。研究所提出的基于CT图形建立足部实体模型的方法为足部有限元分析提供了更多的可能性。

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer technology, finite element analysis is increasingly being applied to the study of sports biomechanics. The accurate establishment of the foot solid model is the first step of finite element analysis. However, the irregular shape of the foot and the complex bone and tissue structure make it difficult to directly measure it to obtain comprehensive finite element modeling data. This article takes the male normal foot 41 yards standard foot as the object, uses CT tomography to obtain the foot scan data, uses Mimics to perform threshold segmentation and rendering model processing on the foot scan data, and integrates Solidworks and Ansys Workbench's Design Modeler software to establish The solid model of each organizational structure of the foot is assembled through Boolean operations. The method of establishing a foot solid model based on CT graphics proposed by the research provides more possibilities for finite element analysis of the foot.
