高效液相色谱法测定人造革中甲酰胺残留量

Determination of Formamide Residues in Artificial Leather by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要: 为准确、快速测定人造革中甲酰胺残留量,本文分别采用甲醇、丙酮、乙醇、乙酸乙酯和乙腈作为提取溶剂超声萃取人造革,以水-乙腈为流动相,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法进行甲酰胺的定性及定量分析。结果表明乙腈为溶剂时,人造革产品中甲酰胺的提取率最高。本文建立的HPLC分析方法操作简便、灵敏度高。该方法在0.1~1.6 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.9999。甲酰胺平均回收率在83.4%~85.7%,相对标准偏差在0. 28%~0.93%,方法检出限和定量限分别为0.11 mg/kg和0.36 mg/kg,比常规的气相色谱法(GC)、气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)方法的检出限要低。该方法简便易行且适用范围广,不仅适用于人造革中甲酰胺残留量的检测,还适用于橡塑保温材料、EVC地垫和瑜伽垫等发泡产品中甲酰胺残留量的检测。

Abstract: In order to determine the residual amount of formamide in artificial leather accurately and rapidly, in present work, methanol, acetone, ethanol, ethyl acetate and acetonitrile were applied to extract formamide from artificial leather samples. After ultrasonic extraction, formamide was analyzed with high performance liquid chromatography qualitatively and quantitatively, by using water- acetonitrile as mobile phase. It was found that when acetonitrile was used as solvent, formamide had the highest extraction rate. The HPLC method established in this paper is simple and highly sensitive. The linear range of this method is 0.1 mg/L to 1.6 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient equals 0.9999. The average recovery is in the region of 83.4%-85.7% and the relative standard deviation ranges from 0.28% to 0.93%. The limits of detection and quantification of the method are 0.11 mg/kg and 0.36 mg/kg, respectively, which were lower than those of conventional gas chromatography (GC)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)methods. This method is simple and applicable to a wide range. It is not only suitable for the detection of formamide residues in artificial leather, but also suitable for the determination of formamide residues in foaming products such as rubber plastic insulation materials, EVC floor mats and yoga mats.
