Abstract
This paper discusses the effect of the combination of soles and insoles with different hardness on the shock absorption performance of sports shoes . The impact tester was used to test the impact of different combinations of three different hardness mid-soles (Shore C35°, Shore-C48°, Shore-C58°), two hardness insoles (Shore C51°, Shore C71°) and one rubber out-sole (Shore-A51°) on the evaluation index of shock absorption performance at three impact heights. Conclusion: Under the impact of high, medium and low energy, the material hardness can significantly affect the shock-absorbing performance of the sole-insole combination. The shock-absorbing performance of the sole-insole combination with high hardness sole or insole combination is poor, the shock-absorbing performance of the sole-insole combination with medium hardness sole or insole combination is medium, and the shock-absorbing performance of the sole-insole combination with low hardness sole or insole combination is good. In order to reduce the impact damage of the heel, it is recommended to select a low-hardness sole-insole combination sports shoes when performing low-energy impact sports such as low-speed walking, and the sole-inshoe combination sports shoes with low hardness and medium hardness when performing medium energy impact sports such as fast-speed walking, and the sports shoes with insole when performing high energy impact sports such as jogging.
