Application Research and Innovative Practice of Tie dyeing Technology in Leather Products

Tie-dyeing, as one of the traditional Chinese hand-dyeing techniques, has extremely high artistic charm and cultural value. In recent years, the country has continuously strengthened its support for traditional techniques, making tie-dyeing techniques show a broader application prospect in the new era. Based on the analysis of the present situation of leather tie-dyeing, this paper discusses the dyeing effect of different tie-dyeing techniques and the factors that need to be considered during dyeing through dyeing experiments, and summarizes the specificity of leather materials used in tie-dyeing process and matters needing attention in dyeing operation.. In addition, this manuscript carries out diversified creative design practices based on the patterns of vegetable tanned leather tie-dyeing products obtained from the experiment. Finally, the trend and application prospects of leather tie-dyeing patterns are prospected, which provides new ideas for modern application of leather tie-dyeing.
