The Application of Pulu Tie-dyed Cross Flower in the Tibetan Opera in Leather Products

In the current trend of design development, more and more national visual elements appear in the contemporary design, showing the vitality of the Chinese wind.In this paper, tie-dyed pulu cross pattern in traditional Tibetan opera is applied more reasonably in leather product design to find a combination point with modern popular elements.While protecting these precious intangible cultural heritages, we should meet the multi-level needs of modern people and enrich the cultural life of the people.Contemporary leather tie-dye products are gradually entering the market, but most of the traditional art techniques, style is relatively single.By combining the traditional elements of Tibetan opera with leather product design, it is expected to better inherit and develop, show the charm of traditional Chinese culture, and also provide reference for the design and development of modern leather products.
