基于层次分析法和发明问题解决理论的防护型童鞋设计

摘要: 针对儿童足部受伤概率较高的问题,建立防护型童鞋功能需求指标体系,结合层次分析法(AHP)和发明问题解决理论(TRIZ),为防护型童鞋的设计创新提供理论依据。首先,通过问卷调研和文献研究得出用户需求,运用层次分析法,建立需求层次模型,并计算出各项需求权重与排序,确定设计过程中的重点问题;其次,建立矛盾功能矩阵,找出存在的具体矛盾后基于TRIZ理论分析解决矛盾冲突,提出创新设计方案;最后对设计的防护型童鞋进行评价。基于AHP和TRIZ理论的防护型童鞋设计流程能够获取产品功能需求权重,针对存在的矛盾提出设计方案,并进行评价,满足用户需求,为防护型产品的创新设计提供一定的借鉴。Abstract: Aiming at the problem of high probability of children's foot injury, the functional demand index system of protective children's shoes was established, which combined Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch (TRIZ) theory to provide theoretical basis for the design innovation of protective children's shoes. Firstly, the user needs were obtained through questionnaire survey and literature research, and the AHP was used to establish the hierarchy model of needs, and the weight and ranking of each demand were calculated to determine the key issues in the design process. Secondly, the function matrix of contradiction was established; the specific contradictions were found out, and the contradictions and conflicts were solved based on TRIZ theory, and the innovative design scheme was proposed. Finally, the protective children's shoes were evaluated. The design process of protective children's shoes based on AHP and TRIZ theory can obtain the weight of product functional requirements, propose design schemes in view of existing contradictions, and evaluate them to meet user needs and provide certain references for the innovative design of protective products.
