Application Analysis of Automatic Batching System for Intelligent Leather Production

摘要: 在皮革生产过程中需要使用多种皮革化工材料,精准控制其配比和用量,才能保证成品革的质量和不同批次皮革质量的稳定性。鉴于目前皮革化料的配料环节仍然依赖于传统的粗放式人工配料模式,文章结合制革行业的实际应用场景和功能需求,主要从过程控制层和现场设备层两个层级出发,分析了自动配料系统在制革生产中的应用方案,旨在为制革用自动配料系统的开发和研制提供切实可行的参考依据。Abstract: Leather manufacturing requires the use of various leather chemical materials. The precise control of the ratio and dosage of leather chemicals can ensure the quality of the resultant leather and the stability of leather quality in different batches. In view of the fact that the batching of leather chemical materials still relies on the traditional and extensive manual batching mode, this paper mainly analyzed the application scheme of automatic batching system in leather production from the aspect of process control layer and field device layer by considering the actual application scenarios and functional requirements. Our aim is to provide a practical and feasible reference basis for the development and exploitation of automatic batching systems for leather industry.
