Abstract:
In order to enhance the market competitiveness of footwear industry and solve the problem of imperfect classification systems of women's leather shoes, this study used the web crawler technology to collect and analyze the trade names of various women's leather shoes from the perspective of product classification. Then, according to the principle of grounded theory, the collected trade names were coded at three levels, and the classification elements of women's leather shoes were established through the continuous comparative analysis. Based on these results, this work proposed a classification system which takes the heel height as "class" and the toe shape and upper coverage as "type". The classification system takes the structural design elements, which can facilitate quantitative management, as the classification index of shoe products, and overcomes the drawbacks that the classification system based on the stylized elements is difficult to standardize. The research results provide a professional theoretical basis for the sales, design and production technology management of shoe products and the formulation of standards.
