亚临界水高温水解蓝革屑的实验研究

Experimental Study on High-temperature Hydrolysis of Chrome Shavings in Sub-critical Water

  • 摘要: 对亚临界水高温水解蓝革屑的工艺条件进行了系统研究,并对水解物进行了表征。结果表明,温度为160~180 ℃,固液比为1∶30~1∶40,水解1 h,蓝革屑的水解率均能达到76%以上,其中180 ℃时最高可达到78.98%。水解物的铬含量均在3.06~6.05 mg/g,远低于蓝革屑中的(25.31 mg/g),六价铬量均在(2.02~3.78)mg/kg蓝革屑。水解物的相对分子质量较低(<1000 Da),成分以肽类物质为主。该方法为蓝革屑的无害化处理提供了新思路。

     

    Abstract: The process conditions for the high-temperature hydrolysis of chrome shavings in sub-critical water were systematically investigated and the resulting hydrolysate was characterized. The results showed that the hydrolysis rates of chrome shavings could all reach more than 76% when the conditions were 160~180 ℃ of the temperature with the ratio of solid to liquid of 1∶30-1∶40 and hydrolysis time of 1 h. The chromium content in the hydrolysate was 3.06-6.05 mg/g, which is much lower than that in chrome shavings (25.31 mg/g), and the amount of hexavalent chromium was 2.02-3.78 mg/kg chrome shavings. The molecular weight of the hydrolysate was low (<1000 Da), and the components of the hydrolysate were mainly peptides. This method provides a new pathway for the harmless treatment of chrome shavings.
