Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of low-degree automation and intelligence of related equipment in the current leather toggling drying process, this paper designed the special tension plate frame, automatic upper-and-lower clamping mechanism and the end actuator, according to the processing requirements of the existing toggling drying process, and selected a reasonable industrial mechanical arm to complete the design of the whole automatic leather toggling machine. STM32 single chip microcomputer was used as the lower computer to control the whole machine, and the status monitoring of each process was achieved through visual identification and various sensors. A new process flow was put forward in combination with the automatic leather toggling machine, which can ensure the dryness degree and leather yield meet the requirements. The successful design of automatic leather toggling machine can greatly improve the leather production efficiency and save labor cost, and has positive significance for promoting the intelligent and automatic development of leather industry.
