Abstract: Metal accessories are an important part of footwear, which can not only optimize the structure and function, but also decorate the appearance of shoes and boots. It is a key factor of shoes and boots design. This paper analyzes the utilize position, function, structure and shaping design, compares material characteristics, processing technology and surface treatment, summarizes decoration techniques, color matching and seasonal application of metal accessories of footwear, to provide references for modern footwear design and manufacture.
