自愈合超疏水表面修复方式的研究进展

Research Progress on Self-healing Superhydrophobic Surface

  • 摘要: 超疏水表面耐久性差的问题限制了其在生活和工业领域的应用,通过模仿自然界中的生命系统,赋予超疏水表面自愈合特性,成为近年来研究的热点。以构造超疏水表面的两大关键性因素为出发点,从低表面能物质的补充和表面形貌修复这两个方面介绍了自愈合超疏水表面修复方式的相关研究进展,最后提出了自愈合超疏水表面未来需要解决的问题。

     

    Abstract: The poor durability of superhydrophobic surface has limited its application in the field of life and industry, and by imitating living systems in nature, giving superhydrophobic surface self-healing property has become a hot topic in recent years.Taking the two key factors in the construction of superhydrophobic surface as the starting point, this paper introduces the research progress of self-healing superhydrophobic surface repair methods from the two aspects of low surface energy material supplementation and surface morphology restoration. Finally, the problems of self-healing superhydrophobic surface that need to be solved are proposed.
