Abstract: The "brocade-pattern embroidery" of Shu embroidery is the rare technique of Chinese intangible cultural heritage, which is different from other kinds of embroidery. The "garland brocade-pattern embroidery" is the most unique technique in the "brocade-pattern embroidery ". By exploring the cultural connotation and artistic essence of Shu embroidery, the aesthetic and technological characteristics of the "brocade-pattern embroidery" were analyzed. The digital reproduction of "brocade-pattern embroidery" in embroidery book, technique operation and other cultural resources has been realized. The application of " brocade-pattern embroidery" in leather product design was explored. It is expected to realize the digital protection and live inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and provide innovative reference for the development of leather products design.
