基于铝-锆配合物的兔裘革无铬复鞣染色技术

Chrome-free Retanning and Dyeing Technology for Rabbit Fur Based on Aluminum-Zirconium Complexes

  • 摘要: 为解决兔裘革铬复鞣染色技术产生大量含铬废水的问题,构建了基于铝-锆配合物的兔裘革无铬复鞣染色技术。优化了配合物鞣剂配方和复鞣工艺条件,并与传统铬复鞣兔裘革的高温染色性能及物性进行了对比。当柠檬酸作为配体,硫酸铝和硫酸锆质量比为4∶6,配合物用量4.0 g/L,复鞣温度35 ℃,复鞣时间180 min,提碱pH 4.0时,铝-锆配合物复鞣兔裘革的收缩温度达到88 ℃,可满足染色温度相对较低(50~60 ℃)、染色时间短的浅色兔裘革的染色要求,染色兔裘革颜色较铬复鞣染色兔裘革颜色更为鲜艳,物性与铬复鞣染色兔裘革相当。

     

    Abstract: A chrome-free retanning and dyeing technology for rabbit fur based on aluminum-zirconium complexes was developed to solve the problem of large amounts of chrome-containing wastewater generated from traditional rechroming and dyeing technology. The aluminum-zirconium complexes formula and the retanning conditions were optimized. The high-temperature dyeing performance and the physical properties of rabbit fur retanned by aluminum-zirconium complexes were compared with those of chrome retanned fur. The optimized aluminum-zirconium complexes formula was that citric acid was used as the ligand, and the mass ratio of aluminum sulfate to zirconium sulfate was 4:6. The shrinkage temperature of rabbit fur retanned by aluminum-zirconium complexes reached 88 ℃ when retanning was performed using 4.0 g/L complexes at 35 ℃ for 180 min, and the pH was basified to 4.0. The aluminum-zirconium complexes retanned rabbit fur can meet the dyeing requirements for light-colored fur under relatively low dyeing temperature (50-60 ℃) and short dyeing time. The dyed rabbit fur exhibited brighter colors and comparable physical properties compared with those retanned by chrome tanning agent.
