Abstract: By analyzing the artistic features of Han portrait music and dance pattern, and its innovative application in contemporary shoe and boot design, this paper expounds the significance of Han portrait music and dance pattern as the representative of local culture in shoe and boot design. This paper expounds the artistic characteristics and cultural connotation of Han portrait music and dance with the pattern of Han portrait as the starting point. This paper analyzes the application method of the music and dance patterns in the design of shoes and boots.This paper deconstructs and reorganizes the music and dance patterns of the Han Dynasty portrait, and explores the feasibility of applying the music and dance patterns of the Han Dynasty portrait in the design of shoes and boots by means of printing, hollow-out, collage and other technological means.The final design meets the aesthetic needs of contemporary people's shoes and boots products, for the inheritance and innovation of Chinese local culture, as well as shoes design fashion, innovative development of new design ideas.
