Abstract: Leather material shows the characteristics of solid surface and easy processing, and has become the preferred fabric for garment design and processing. With the requirements for the sustainable development of the leather industry, the recycling technology of leather materials and the recycling design of apparel have become the focus of the industry. In this paper, the recycling design of leather clothing is divided between its design principles and design subjects, and the application of leather garment recycling design and processing is introduced as an example of zero waste design and recycling of leather material corner materials.
