顶空GC-MS测定皮革及其制品中的9种溶剂残留
Determination of 9 Organic Solvent Residues in Leather and its Products by Headspace-GC-MS Spectrometry

摘要: 建立了皮革及其制品中9种有机溶剂残留的顶空气相色谱质谱测定。样品经80 ℃、60 min顶空平衡后,采用气相色谱质谱进行检测,采用基质校正,外标法定量,可获得较好的定量结果。加标回收试验结果表明:9种挥发性有机溶剂残留的线性范围为1~50.0 μg,平均回收率为82.9%~106.5%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~8.9%,方法检出限为0.11~0.68 mg/kg。该方法具有准确、灵敏、简单快速等优点,与液体直接进样法相比,本方法避免了对仪器系统的污染,将其应用于实际皮革样品的检测取得了良好效果。Abstract: A headspace GC-MS method for the determination of 9 organic solvents in leather and its products was established. Sample of leather was equilibrated in a head-space bottle at 80 ℃ for 60 min, then the sample was introduced into the GC-MS for analysis. The method was quantified by external standard with matrix calibration curves. Test for recovery were made by standard addition method on the base of leather samples, and recovery were ranged from 82.9% to 106.5%, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) ranged from 1.7% to 8.9%, and the detection limit was 0.11-0.68 mg/kg. This method is simple, and the results are accurate and sensitive. Compared with the direct injection method, this method could avoid the pollution of instrument system, and good results were achieved by applying this method in actual leather products.
