微波干燥对水性聚氨酯涂膜性能影响
Effects of Microwave Drying on the Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane Films

摘要: 采用自制的微波设备干燥固含量为30%的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液,研究不同微波功率对WPU乳液干燥速率及干燥后涂膜性能的影响。通过测试涂膜的红外光谱、表面形貌、平整度、光学性能和力学性能,初步确定适合干燥WPU乳液的微波功率范围。结果表明,对比于烘箱干燥方式,微波干燥方式可加速WPU乳液的干燥过程,并未破坏涂膜的化学组成成分。特别地,对于高光型涂膜,相比较于其他微波功率,当微波功率为400 W时可获得较好的表面形貌、平整度Ra达到11.40 nm,光泽度达到93.28 Gu。随着微波功率增大,涂膜的透光率增加、拉伸强度更大、断裂伸长率越小,剥离强度越大。Abstract: The effects of different microwave output power on the drying rate of waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion with 30% solid content and the properties of the resulting films were studied using a self-made microwave equipment to obtain high gloss films. A suitable microwave power range for drying WPU emulsion was preliminarily determined according to the test results of IR, SEM, optical properties and mechanical properties of dried WPU films under different microwave power. Microwave drying, compared with oven drying, accelerated the drying process of WPU emulsion, and did not change the chemical composition of films. A film with better surface morphology was obtained under microwave power of 400W, compared with other power. Meanwhile the film has the characteristics with planeness of 11.40nm, glossiness of 93.28 Gu. With the increase of microwave power, the transmittance, mechanical properties, elongation at break and peel strength of the film increase.
