Abstract:
The evaluating indicators used for assessing the heat preservation performance of cold-proof footwear and the conversion between those indicators were introduced. From the aspects of shoe materials as well as the cold-proof footwear, the domestic and international methods and standards to test/evaluate the warm-keeping capacity were reviewed. Combined with specific cases, different testing/evaluation methods were remarked in order to provide theoretical guidance and reference basis for the reasonable selection of testing methods for thermal insulation performance evaluation of cold-proof footwear.
