端羧基水性超支化聚酯促铬吸收及抗氧化的应用

Application of Carboxyl Terminated Waterborne Hyperbranched Polyester as High Absorption and Oxidation-resistant Chrome Tanning Auxiliary

  • 摘要: 将端羧基水性超支化聚酯(HBP-x)用在Cr(III)氧化实验中,证明了端羧基超支化聚酯HBP-x抑制了体系中Cr(III)向Cr(VI)的氧化,并考查了相对分子质量和支化度对HBP-x抗氧化能力的影响。在白皮粉浸酸铬鞣实验中,HBP-x起到促进铬鞣剂吸收和固定的作用。这对HBP-x用在清洁化制革中,以促铬吸收和抗铬氧化提供了有利的实验依据。

     

    Abstract: The oxidation experiment of Cr3+ showed that carboxyl terminated waterborne hyperbranched polymer (HBP-x) inhibited the oxidation of Cr3+ to Cr6+. And the effects of molecular weight and branching degree on the antioxidant capacity of HBP-x were investigated. In the experiment of pickling chrome tanning with white hide powder, HBP-x promoted the absorption and fixation of chrome tanning agent. The experimental results provided a good support for the application of HBP-x in clean leather making to promote chromium absorption and resist chromium oxidation.
