Abstract:
The domestic leather-making literatures collected by CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) from 2000 to 2019 were analyzed by using Citespace software by mean of visual metrological method. This analysis could objectively and vividly present the progress and evolution trend of leather-making research. The main results are as follows: (1) the number of Chinese literature increased and then decreased over the past two decades, and reached a peak in 2010 (126 articles), and on the whole, there was a slight decline in the output of Chinese literature; (2) in terms of space, the dual-core academic environment with multiple cooperation modes was formed between Sichuan University and Shaanxi University of Science and Technology; (3) besides the basic leather-making technology, tannery wastewater, tannery sludge and cleaner production technology have been the hot research topics in the field of leather-making research. Especially, in the research topic of tannery wastewater, the main focuses were paid on the treatment of pollutants such as chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen and heavy metal chromium, and specific treatment technologies such as SBR (sequencing batch reactor) method were explored, as well as the in-depth treatment of tannery wastewater. Meanwhile, the occupational health of tanners has also been concerned, which indicates the courage of researchers to assume social responsibility.
