皮革收缩温度测量不确定度的评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Leather Shrinkage Temperature

  • 摘要: 依据QB/T 2713-2005《皮革 物理和机械实验 收缩温度的测定》对皮革收缩温度(Ts)进行了测定,分析了该测试方法中Ts不确定度分量来源,并对各分量进行了评定、合成,最后给出了扩展不确定度。结果得出,Ts测试结果的扩展不确定度为17.0 ℃(k取2),其中,测试用设备对不确定度的贡献最大,来源主要为收缩温度仪的加热装置和形变感应装置,其次是样品制备时的取样精度。

     

    Abstract: Shinkage temperature(Ts) of leather was determined according to QB/T 2713-2005. The source of uncertainty components in the whole process of the measurement was analyzed. Each of components was evaluated and combined, and the expanded uncertainty was finally obtained. The result showed that the expanded uncertainty of Ts test was 17.0 ℃(k=2). The test equipments indicated the most important contribution to uncertainty, which came from heat device and deformation sensor of Ts tester. And the sampling precision also showed key influence.
