Abstract: The application of leather materials in the frame spectacles has been introduced in this article. This paper analyzes the application of frame spectacles with three performance advantages including in skin friendly property, slow elasticity and porous property. It also explains the differences of three different aesthetic characteristics of leather material, such as emotional factors, fashion factors and design style factors, in the design and application of frame spectacles. This paper discusses the development trend of leather materials in the design and application of frame spectacles.
