利用含铬废皮渣回收的铬泥制备铬鞣剂及其鞣革性能

Preparation of Chrome Tanning Agent Using the Chrome Sludge from Chrome Shavings and its Tanning Properties

  • 摘要: 实际生产中已证实含铬废皮渣水解后分离得到的铬泥因蛋白质含量高,如果直接经硫酸酸化制备所得的铬鞣液鞣革性能差,收缩温度低,制约了铬泥的进一步回收利用。基于此,本文采用酶水解铬泥的方法调控铬泥中蛋白质的含量,结果表明:当酶用量为1%时,铬泥中蛋白质含量能够降低75%以上,经硫酸溶解后浓缩得到回收铬鞣剂。在鞣剂铬用量相同的条件下,回收铬鞣剂鞣革与6%铬粉鞣制后的蓝湿革颜色相近,且回收铬鞣剂的吸收率达到78%,成革力学性能达到牛皮鞋面革的标准,表明处理后的铬泥能够用于制备应用性能良好的铬鞣剂,达到替代部分商品铬鞣剂的目的。

     

    Abstract: It has been verified that the chrome sludge gathered from hydrolyzed chrome shavings contains high constitution of protein. When the chrome sludge was directly dissolved by sulphuric acid, the wet blues tanned by that revealed a low shrinking temperature. This is the reason why the further recycling was being restricted. Based on this, enzymatic hydrolysis was applied to regulate the protein content of the chrome sludge in this paper. The results indicated that the protein content was reduced more than 75% when the enzyme dosage was 1%. When the dosage of the recycled chrome tanning agent prepared from the chrome sludge was equal to a commercial one, the wet blues has a light color. Furthermore, the absorption of Cr2O3 was more than 78%. Moreover, the physical-mechanical properties of the leather can reach the industry standards, indicating that the recycled chrome tanning agent prepared by the chrome sludge can save part of the commercial agent consumption.
