超细皮粉在合成革湿法贝斯中的应用

Application of Ultrafine Skin Powder in Synthetic Leather Wet Base

  • 摘要: 将皮革固体废弃物经粉碎、固化、研磨制成超细皮粉,与木质粉、轻质碳酸钙共混作为填料加入聚氨酯中,采用湿法凝固工艺制备合成革湿法贝斯,应用实验结果表明超细皮粉可部分代替木质粉作为合成革填料使用,并对皮粉的添加配比量进行了探讨。实验结果表明:适宜的皮粉应用条件为:w(皮粉)∶w(木质粉)∶w(轻质碳酸钙)=15∶5∶25,此时,浆料黏度10300 cps,成肌性44.3%,贝斯拉伸强度为15.7 MPa,撕裂强度为126.6 N/mm,剥离强度为113.4 N/3 cm,耐水解时间为17 h,透水汽性为1961.9 mg/10 cm~2·24 h,透气性为339.6 mL/cm~2·h。超细皮粉作为合成革湿法贝斯填料起到降低成本、改善流平性和手感、提高肌肤舒适性作用。

     

    Abstract: The leather solid waste is crushed, solidified and ground into ultra-fine skin powder, and mixed with wood powder and light calcium carbonate as a filler to be added into the polyurethane. The wet leather method is used to prepare the synthetic leather wet base, and the application experiment results show that the ultra-fine skin powder can partially replace the wood powder as a synthetic leather filler, and the addition ratio of the skin powder is discussed. The experimental results show that the suitable application conditions of skin powder are: w (skin powder) ∶ w(wood powder)∶ w (light calcium carbonate) = 15∶5∶25, at this time, the slurry viscosity is 10300 cps, myogenicity is 46.3%, tensile strength is 15.7 MPa, tear strength is 126.6 N/mm, peel strength is 113.4 N/3 cm, hydrolysis resistance is 18 h, water vapor permeability is 2152 mg/10 cm2·24 h, gas permeability is 376 mL/cm2·h. Ultrafine skin powder is used as a synthetic leather wet base filler to reduce cost, improve leveling and feel, and improve skin comfort.
