基于企业实践的皮革制鞋职业教育教师能力建设的现状和趋势研究

Study on the Current Situation and Trend of Teacher Ability Construction in Leather & Shoe Making based on Enterprise Practice

  • 摘要: 随着我国进入高质量发展阶段,产业升级不断加快,对职业教育发展特别是双师型教师队伍建设提出了更高要求。教师企业实践是促进理论与实践结合,提升教师能力和素质的重要举措,是推进产教融合,校企合作,促进教学改革、课堂革命的重要基础。围绕皮革制鞋产业,通过实地走访、问卷调查,研究皮革制鞋行业职业教育教师企业实践的现状,包括计划制定、组织形式、实施方案、效果评价、考核办法、现有问题等,通过总结凝练分析,梳理出教师企业实践深入推进过程中政、企、行业的定位、权责和协同模式,最终为促进教师整体能力的提升和皮革制鞋行业的转型升级提供支撑。

     

    Abstract: As China enters a stage of high-quality development, industrial upgrading is accelerating, which has put forward higher requirements for the development of vocational education, especially for the construction of double-qualified teachers. Teacher enterprise practice is an important measure to promote the combination of theory and practice, and improve teachers' ability and quality. It is also an important basis for promoting the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, and promoting teaching reform and classroom revolution. This topic is about the leather shoe industry through field visits, questionnaire survey and studying the leather shoe industry vocational education teacher in the enterprise practice, including planning, organization form, implementation plan, effect evaluation, evaluation method, existing problems, etc. By summarizing the concise analysis, we combed out the teachers’ position, responsibilities and collaborative mode in the enterprise practice during deepening the process of government, enterprise and industry. This article will offer the support for promoting the overall abilities of teachers and transformation and upgrading of leather shoe industry.
