基于Cu(II)离子的复合抑制剂可降低酶脱毛过程中胶原纤维的水解
Compounding Inhibitors based on Cu(II) Ions Reduce the Hydrolytic Efficiency of Collagen Fibers on Enzymatic Unhairing Process

摘要: 酶脱毛过程存在成革松面、烂面的风险主要是由于脱毛过程中酶对皮胶原纤维的过度水解。实验采用加入复合抑制剂的方法以降低酶脱毛过程中酶对胶原过度水解,减少粒面伤害。探究了复合抑制剂对AS1.398酶水解活力的影响,筛选出基于Cu(II) 离子的复合抑制剂并应用于黄牛皮脱毛。实验结果表明:5 mmol/L Cu(II) + 20 mmol/L丁二酸钠复合抑制剂的加入,能保持酶脱毛速率且抑制脱毛过程中酶对胶原纤维的水解,粒面伤害少且毛孔结构完整。为安全高效的酶法脱毛工艺的工业化推广提供潜在的新策略。Abstract: In the enzymatic unhairing process, the risk of loosen and grain damage is mainly due to the excessive hydrolysis of collagen fibers by enzymes. In this experiment, compounding inhibitors were applied to reduce the excessive hydrolysis of collagen fibers during enzymatic unhairing process and to reduce the grain damage. The effect of compounding inhibitors on the enzymatic hydrolysis activity of AS1.398 were explored, and the compounding inhibitors based on Cu(II) ions were screened out and applied on bovine hide unhairing process. The results showed that the addition of 5 mmol/L of Cu(II) ions and 20 mmol/L of sodium succinate compounding inhibitor could maintain the enzymatic unhairing rate while inhibit the hydrolysis of collagen fibers. This study provides a potential novel strategy for industrial application of enzymatic unhairing process with safe and efficiency.
