可动假足装置在鞋压力舒适性研究中的应用

Application of Movable Prosthetic Foot Device in the Research of Shoe Pressure Comfort

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种可动假足装置,用于鞋压力舒适性的研究。通过穿着不同类型的鞋分别进行试验,采集分析了人体试验与假足试验过程中的足底峰值压强、压强时间积分与接触面积,假足试验表现出了与人脚试验的一致性。进一步对比分析了人体试验数据与假足试验数据,假足试验相对于人体试验误差率的绝对值都小于10%,验证了可动假足检测装置的有效性,重复性与规范性,为鞋压力舒适性研究提供了一种技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: A movable prosthetic foot device is introduced for the research of shoe pressure comfort. By wearing different types of shoes to test separately, the peak pressure, pressure time integral and contact area of the plantar during the human test and the prosthetic foot test have been collected and analyzed. The prosthetic foot test showed consistency with the human foot test. Further comparative analysis of human test data and prosthetic foot test data, the absolute value of the error rate of the prosthetic foot test relative to the human test is less than 10%, proved that the movable prosthetic foot detection device is effective, repeatable and normative. It provides a kind of technical support for the research of shoe pressure comfort.
