Abstract:
An analytical method for the identification of three N-nitrosamines by HPLC and LC-MS/MS was established. The results showed that the recovery rate of the HPLC method ranged from 96.7% to 103.7%, the relative standard deviation was 2.3%-5.4%, and the detection limit was 0.14-0.43 mg/kg. As for the LC-MS/MS method, the recovery rate, relative standard deviation, and detection limit were 98.1%-106.4%, 2.2%-4.2%, and 0.10-0.46 mg/kg, respectively. The determination results are accurate and reliable, and can meet the accurate detection of N-nitrosoamines in rubber and footwear products.
