Abstract: In this paper,CRn,HHI index and dependence coefficient were used to analyze the export market concentration and dependence of shoes and boots in China, and it was found that the export concentration of shoes and boots in China was relatively high,however the concentration was falling slowly. The product concentrations of each category were leather shoes,waterproof shoes,textile shoes,other footwear,rubber and plastic shoes and boots in descending order. Export markets were mainly concentrated in countries such as the United States,the United Kingdom,Japan,and Germany,and there was also a strong dependence on major export markets especially American market; furthermore,corresponding countermeasures to diversify export risks were proposed.
