正常足与扁平足步行支撑期足弓角变化研究

Changes in the Arch Angle during Walking Stance Phase of Normal Feet and Flat Feet

  • 摘要: 为了探明不同足型步行中足弓形态的变化规律,建立静态足弓参数对动态足弓角的预测模型。采用平面定点摄像法,针对20名青年女性(正常足、扁平足各10名)站立位与行走步态支撑相位内侧纵弓角,使用SPSS软件对静、动态纵弓角均值进行数据统计分析。步行中两组纵弓角的变化幅度不具有差异性(p>0.05);与站立位相比,两组支撑中、后期内侧纵弓角均明显增大(p<0.01);站立位内侧纵弓角预测正常足(R2=0.77)和扁平足(R2=0.61)步行中的最大足弓角效果较好。结果表明,利用静态内侧纵弓角在一定范围内能够预测步行中的最大足弓角,可有效提高鞋类产品腰窝结构的适配性。

     

    Abstract: In order to find out the changing pattern of foot arches of different foot types in walking, the prediction model of static arch parameters on dynamic arch angle was established. Using the fixed-point camera method, 20 young women (10 normal feel and 10 flat feet, respectively) were selected for the analysis of the mean value of static and dynamic longitudinal angles in standing position and walking gait support phase. There was no difference in the variation amplitude of longitudinal arch angle between the two groups (p>0.05). Compared with the standing position, the medial longitudinal arch angle increased significantly in both the middle and late stages of the two groups (p<0.01). The medial longitudinal arch angle in standing position predicted the maximum arch angle in walking on normal feet (R2=0.77) and flat feet (R2=0.61). The results showed that the static medial longitudinal arch angle can be used to predict walking within a certain range.
