微水合成改性蛋白复鞣剂应用研究

Application of Modified Protein Retanning Agent with Little Water

  • 摘要: 采用微水工艺将粉状胶原蛋白降解物与三聚氰胺、三聚氯氰缩聚得到浅黄色复合物(Protein-Melamine-Trichlorohydrin complex,PMT),10%的复合物溶液溶解度为95.2%,pH为6.5~7.0。利用SDS-PAGE判断出分子量主要分布在12~30 kDa,PMT相对分子质量增大,氨基含量降低;电位分析仪测得分散液等电点为pH5.0。改性顺利进行。将PMT应用于牛皮蓝湿革复鞣,发现在复铬工段加入能促进铬盐吸收,显著提升坯革物理力学性能;在复鞣工段使用能改善坯革着色,填充更加丰满。

     

    Abstract: Protein-Melamine-Trichlorohydrin complex (PMT) with light yellow, is obtained from the polycondensation between melamine and trichlorohydrin with degraded-collagen in anhydrous state. The solubility of PMT amount with 10% PMT solution can achieve 95.2% , and the pH of 10% solution is 6.5 ~7. SDS -PAGE results show that the molecular weight of PMT is between 12~30 kDa, which is larger than degraded-collagen, amino groups of PMT also decreases. The isoelectric point of PMT is pH 5.0 from potentiometric analysis. These two test results demonstrate that degraded -collagen modified successfully. Applying PMT to retanning the blue wet cowhide, the results show that adding PMT in chrome retanning can increase the absorption rate of chromium and improve the physical mechanical properties of leather. The retanned leather will improve the coloring effect as well as the filling of leather
