制革准备工段皮胶原纤维分散和肿胀程度的表征

Characterization of Dispersion and Swelling Degrees of Hide Collagen Fibers in Beamhouse

  • 摘要: 用压汞法(MIP)测定了不同胶原纤维分散程度的复灰裸皮和不同肿胀程度的浸酸裸皮的孔隙含量、孔隙率和堆积密度等参数,并将其与裸皮的扫描电子显微照片进行了比较,以评价MIP是否适用于量化表征准备工段皮胶原纤维分散和肿胀程度。结果表明,随着灰皮胶原纤维分散程度、酸皮酸肿程度的增加,MIP测得的裸皮孔隙含量和孔隙率增大,堆积密度减小,且其检测灵敏度和精确度明显优于扫描电子显微镜法。由此可见,MIP适用于量化表征皮胶原纤维的分散程度和肿胀程度。

     

    Abstract: Mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP) was used to determine the pore content, porosity and bulk density of relimed pelts with different dispersion of collagen fibers and those of pickled pelts with different acid swelling. The MIP results were compared with the micrographs of pelts observed by scanning electron microscope to evaluate whether MIP is suitable for quantitative determination of dispersion and swelling states of hide collagen fibers. The results showed that the pore content and porosity of pelt increased with increasing dispersion degree of relimed pelt or increasing acid swelling degree of pickled pelts, while the bulk density of pelt decreased. Moreover, the MIP displayed better sensitivity and accuracy of detection of pore structure of pelt than scanning electron microscopy. The results suggest that MIP is suitable for quantitative determination of dispersion and swelling degrees of hide collagen fibers.
