纳米零价铁(nZVI)插层的二维过渡金属碳化物(Ti3C2)对水中Cr(VI)的吸附

Adsorption of Cr(VI) in Water by Two-dimensional Transition Metal Carbide (Ti3C2) Intercalated with Cr(VI)

  • 摘要: 六价铬Cr (VI) 的是制革废水中的主要污染物之一,实现制革废水的达标排放必须降低废水中Cr (VI) 含量。本文利用纳米零价铁(nZVI)原位还原实现了对二维过渡金属碳化物(Ti3C2)的插层改性,利用扫面电镜(SEM)对该复合二维材料的结构进行了确认。与目前报道的其他二维材料相比,改性后的纳米复合材料nZVI-Ti3C2对Cr (VI) 吸附效果优异,饱和吸附量可达58.92 mg/g。吸附等温线表明该吸附过程符合Langmuir模型。

     

    Abstract: Cr(VI)is one of the main pollutants in leather industry. Reducing the amounts of Cr(VI) species in polluted water is a challenge for leather industry. In this article, the nano Zero Valent Iron (nZVI) are used to intercalate the Ti3C2 nanosheet, and the obtained nZVI- Ti3C2 nano-composite is characterized by SEM. Compared with other state-of-the-art 2D materials, this nano-composite exhibit a remarkable performance for Cr(VI) uptake, and the saturated amounts for Cr(VI) uptake arrives at 58.92 mg/g, and its sorption isotherm model fit the Langmuir model quite well.
