Abstract:
Taking aqueous polyurethane emulsion with high solid content as the main material, the wet solidification process of waterborne synthetic leather base was studied. Comparing with common coagulated demulsifiers, the Lanthanum acetate showed excellent coagulated behavior in a wide concentration range. Furthermore, the pseudo cross-linked structure of polyurethane macromolecules was formed by the central atom of the coagulant, which improving the mechanical properties of waterborne synthetic leather base.
