水性合成革贝斯湿法制备及性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Water - borne Synthetic Leather by Bess Wet Method

  • 摘要: 以自制的高固含量水性聚氨酯乳液为原料,研究了水性合成革贝斯的湿法凝固工艺。与一些常见的凝固剂相比,我们发现弱酸性的三价醋酸稀土-醋酸镧在很宽的浓度范围内都有很好的凝固效果,同时凝固剂的中心原子使聚氨酯大分子形成拟交联结构,提高了合成革贝斯的力学性能。

     

    Abstract: Taking aqueous polyurethane emulsion with high solid content as the main material, the wet solidification process of waterborne synthetic leather base was studied. Comparing with common coagulated demulsifiers, the Lanthanum acetate showed excellent coagulated behavior in a wide concentration range. Furthermore, the pseudo cross-linked structure of polyurethane macromolecules was formed by the central atom of the coagulant, which improving the mechanical properties of waterborne synthetic leather base.
