电动式皮革取样器的研制

摘要: 针对目前检测皮革收缩温度所使用取样器存在的体积庞大以及压缩机产生的噪音和操作复杂等性能缺陷,我们研究制作了电动式矩形取样器,采用滑轨机构及八角形刀刃点切割等新技术,不但将体积缩小为传统取样器的十分之一,且操作方便,同时也可广泛应用于纺织品及橡胶等矩形试样的制取,为此类柔性材料相关性能参数的检测提供了有力的技术支持。Abstract: View of the large volume of the sampler used to detect the shrinkage temperature of the leather and the performance noise of the compressor and complicated operation , we have researched and produced the electric rectangular sampler, by using the new technology such as the slide rail mechanism and the octagonal blade edge cutting. It not only reduces the volume to one tenth of the traditional sampler, but also is easy to operate. It is also applicable to the preparation of rectangular specimens such as textiles and rubber, providing a powerful technique for detecting the performance parameters of such flexible materials.
