Abstract:
Objective This study aims to address core challenges in cultivating international talents in light chemical engineering, such as the conflict between cultural identity and global perspective, the difficulty in aligning value guidance with internationalization goals, the disconnection between ideological-political elements and professional knowledge, and the mismatch between traditional teaching methods and innovation demands. It seeks to construct an effective instructional design framework for ideological and political education within the curriculum to enhance the quality of talent development in light chemical engineering.
Analysis Using the Introduction to light chemical engineering as a practical case, a four-dimensional teaching framework centered on "Fostering a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation" is developed, integrating teaching threads, teaching philosophy, teaching content, and teaching methods. The systematic practical exploration is conducted by designing teaching content that dialectically unifies national sentiment with a global perspective, and by adopting pedagogical methods that organically integrate values cultivation with the imparting of professional knowledge.
Conclusion The teaching practice demonstrates that the proposed four-dimensional framework significantly enhances the educational effectiveness of the curriculum and the quality of talent training. It provides crucial support for achieving high-quality, internationalized undergraduate education in light chemical engineering.
