科教融汇理念下新型木质素磷酸酯多元醇制备与应用创新实验设计

Innovative Experimental Design for the Preparation and Application of Novel Lignin-based Phosphate Polyols under the Framework of Integration between Science and Education

    目的 在“科教融汇”理念下,将科研成果融入轻工、材料科学、生物质能源与材料等理工专业的实验教学项目,培养具有绿色发展理念、创新思维素养和综合实践能力的复合型高素质人才。
    方法 开设创新性实验项目,融入教学团队科研成果:基于可再生木质素/乙二醇高效溶解体系,合成黏度可控、无易挥发溶剂且高木质素含量的磷酸酯多元醇,以替代传统石油基多元醇制备生物基聚氨酯硬质泡沫。利用X射线光电子能谱、傅里叶红外变换光谱、凝胶渗透色谱等表征分析其组成和性能。
    结论 通过该创新实验的实施,有效帮助学生了解和探索先进生物质材料的前沿研究进展,掌握生物质的基本特征及其合成原理和应用,熟悉表征仪器的操作方法,树立绿色低碳发展理念,培养团队协作能力,全面提升学生科研创新思维和综合素质。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Based on the concept of integrating science and education, this study aims to incorporate research achievements into experimental teaching projects for light industry, materials science, biomass energy, and materials-related disciplines, fostering interdisciplinary talents with green development concepts, innovative thinking, and comprehensive practical capabilities.
    Methods An innovative experimental project was designed, integrating the research team’s achievements. A high-efficiency dissolution system using renewable lignin/ethylene glycol to synthesize phosphate polyols with controllable viscosity, solvent-free elimination, and high lignin content. These polyols were used to replace traditional petroleum-based polyols in preparing bio-based polyurethane rigid foams. Characterization techniques, including X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, and Gel permeation chromatography, were employed to analyze the composition and performance of the materials.
    Conclusion Through the implementation of this innovative experiment, students are effectively assisted in understanding and exploring the cutting-edge research progress of advanced biomass materials, grasping the basic characteristics, synthesis principles, and applications of biomass, familiarizing themselves with the operation methods of characterization instruments, establishing a green and low-carbon development concept, cultivating team collaboration skills, and comprehensively enhancing their scientific research innovative thinking and overall quality.
