聚醚酯多元醇的制备及其在亲水泡沫中的应用

Preparation of Polyether Ester Polyols and their Application in Hydrophilic Foam

  • 摘要: 以聚乙二醇和己二酸为原料,通过酯化–缩聚反应制得分子链中含有酯键的聚醚酯多元醇(PGA),利用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、凝胶色谱对合成产物的结构进行了表征。采用两步法制备了亲水性聚氨酯泡沫材料,考察了PGA相对分子质量对亲水性聚氨酯泡沫材料性能的影响。结果表明,制备的PGA中兼具酯键和醚键,且当其相对分子质量约为2100时,所制备的亲水性聚氨酯泡沫材料手感舒适,力学性能优异、溶胀倍率低、吸水性能好,可用于医用敷料、柔性传感等领域。

     

    Abstract: Novel polyether ester polyols (PGA) containing ester bonds were prepared by esterification-polycondensation reaction using polyethylene glycols and adipic acid as raw materials. Meanwhile the structure of PGA was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, 1H Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy and Gel Permeation Chromatography. Hydrophilic polyurethane foam materials were prepared by the two-step method, and the effects of the relative molecular weight of PGA on the properties of hydrophilic polyurethane foam materials were investigated. Results confirmed that ester bond and ether bond were introduced into PGA, and when the relative molecular weight of PGA was about 2100, the hydrophilic polyurethane foam material had comfortable feel, excellent mechanical properties, low swelling ratio, and excellent water absorption to make it suitable for medical dressing and flexible sensing.
