Development and Application of a Virtual Shock Absorption Platform for Sports Shoes based on Abaqus

  • 摘要: 基于运动鞋减震功能材料测试有限元仿真分析操作流程,采用Python语言对Abaqus有限元仿真分析软件进行运动鞋虚拟减震平台的二次开发,将复杂的有限元分析操作步骤简化成前处理和后处理两大流程。通过输入模型的各种参数,完成前处理操作,并通过一键式批量处理仿真测试结果,完成后处理操作,自动生成各种测试指标数据和分析报告,实现了运动鞋减震功能仿真分析过程的自动化和智能化,提高了分析效率,为运动鞋减震功能材料测试提供了专业化的仿真分析工具。

     

    Abstract: Based on the finite element simulation analysis process for testing the shock-absorbing function of sports shoes, the Abaqus finite element simulation analysis software was developed using Python language for the secondary development of the virtual shock-absorbing platform for sports shoes. The complex finite element analysis steps were simplified into two main processes: pre-processing and post-processing. By inputting various parameters of the model, the pre-processing operations are completed, and through one click batch processing of simulation test results, the post-processing operations are completed, automatically generating various test indicator data and analysis reports, realizing the automation and intelligence of the simulation analysis process of sports shoe shock absorption function, improving analysis efficiency, and providing a professional simulation analysis tool for sports shoe shock absorption function material testing.
