水产胶原的热稳定性能和生物医学应用研究进展

Research Progress on Thermal Stability and Biomedical Application of Aquatic Collagen

  • 摘要: 对不同来源水产胶原的热稳定性差异以及水产胶原在生物医学领域应用的研究进展进行了综合性回顾,旨在为水产胶原原料的选择及应用提供有益借鉴。在水产胶原热稳定性能研究方面,重点综述不同鱼种、生长环境和组织部位对所得胶原热变性温度的影响及差异;在水产胶原材料的制备和应用研究方面,着重阐述水产胶原在创伤敷料、仿生骨材料、药物负载和缓释以及其他类型材料领域的应用进展。

     

    Abstract: The thermal stability of aquatic collagen isolated from various sources and the applications of aquatic collagen in biomedical field were summarized in order to provide useful reference for the selection and application of aquatic collagen. In the thermal stability part, the effect and difference of various fish species, growth environment and tissue location on the thermal denaturation temperature of collagen were reviewed. In the biomedical application part, the focus was played on wound dressing, biomimetic bone materials, drug loading and sustained-release materials.
