新工科复合型创新人才培养成效研究——基于四川大学生物质科学与工程创新班调查的实证分析

Research on the Training Effectiveness of Compound Innovative Talents in New Engineering:An Empirical Analysis based on the Investigation of Biomass Science and Engineering Innovation Class of Sichuan University

摘要: 采用问卷调查法跟踪调查了四川大学生物质科学与工程创新班与对应专业普通班学生,分析了不同学习阶段在学习投入、学业自我效能感、专业感知质量和学业成就方面的数据。并采用个别访谈法和比较分析法,研究了创新班学生不同学习阶段的差异、创新班与普通班学生的差异以及各变量的相关性。结果表明,学生加入创新班后整体向良性方向发展;并随着学生加入创新班时间的增长,创新班学生与普通班学生的差异越显著,特别是在学习投入、学业成就、情绪投入、专业学习过程感知质量和自我完善上相对普通班学生效果更明显。同时,本研究也发现了创新班培养模式的不足并提出了改进建议,对新工科创新人才培养模式的探索具有一定参考意义。

Abstract: In this study, the questionnaire survey method was used to follow up the students in the biomass science and engineering innovation class of Sichuan University and the ordinary class of the corresponding major. The authors analyzed the data of their learning engagement, academic self-efficacy, professional perceived quality and academic achievement at different learning stages. The differences of students of innovation class in different learning stages between students in innovation class and ordinary class were studied through using individual interview method and comparative analysis method. Meanwhile, the correlation of each variable were also studied.The results showed that the overall development kept positive direction after students joined the innovation class. The difference between the students in the innovation class and the ordinary class was found significant over time, especially the difference of learning engagement, academic achievement, emotional engagement, perceived quality of professional learning process and self-improvement are more obvious than those of ordinary class students. At the same time, this study also found the shortage of the innovation class training model and put forward suggestions for improvement, which have certain implications for the exploration of the new engineering innovative talent training model.
