后疫情时代研究生思想行为特点与教育对策研究——基于轻工技术与工程专业研究生调查的实证分析

Research on the Characteristics of Postgraduates' Ideology and Behavior and Education Strategy in the Post-epidemic Era:Empirical Analysis based on the Survey of Postgraduates from Light IndustryTechnology and Engineering

摘要: 目前,高校教育已全面进入后疫情时代,研究生所面临的知识传递方式、科学研究开展场所、校园管理模式、就业环境等发生了变化,这必然对研究生的思想行为特点产生影响。本文通过对轻工技术与工程专业在校研究生开展调查,分析总结了后疫情时代研究生的思想行为特点,结果表明后疫情时代研究生对目前疫情形势比较关注,具有较高的思想政治素质和科技创新意识,但普遍存在焦虑抑郁情绪,心理健康状态较差,就业自我效能低下等问题。对此,根据后疫情时代研究生的思想行为特点提出了教育对策,对加强研究生的思政教育具有一定的启发。

Abstract: At present, universal education has fully entered the post-epidemic era. Profound changes have taken place in the way of knowledge transfer, place for scientific research, the mode of campus management, and the employment environment for postgraduates. It will inevitably shows a great impact on the characteristics of postgraduates' Ideology and behaviors. Based on the investigation of light industry technology and engineering postgraduates, the authors analysis the characteristics of postgraduates' Ideology and behaviors. The results show that the postgraduates can pay close attention on the current epidemic, display the high ideological,political qualities,scientific and technological innovation. But most of them appear anxiety depression, poor mental health, low self-efficacy in employment and so on. Therefor, the authors put forward educational strategy according to the ideological and behavioral characteristics of postgraduates in the post-epidemic era, which has certain inspiration to strengthen the ideological and political education of postgraduates.
